Who is a Carer?

A carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a family member, friend or neighbour due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction.

For anyone who finds themselves suddenly, or over time, spending time caring, we are here to listen, to give you expert information and guidance, to champion your rights and support you in finding new ways to manage at home, at work, or wherever you are.
