We have two 'Community Navigators' on our team whose role is to guide people to local services which are most appropriate for their needs. This service is primarily delivered through Let's Talk sessions, which are held across Cheshire West and Chester, for details of a session near you please scroll down this page.

Let's Talk Sessions
Let's Talk sessions are held regularly across Cheshire West and Chester, everyone is welcome to come along to talk to representatives from the council and other local services. Our Community Navigators, Charlotte and Rachel, attend the majority of sessions and can advise on various services and carer support.
