We have two 'Community Navigators' on our team whose role is to guide people to local services which are most appropriate for their needs. This service is primarily delivered through Let's Talk sessions, which are held across Cheshire West and Chester, for details of a session near you please scroll down this page.

Let's Talk Sessions

Members of our community are all welcome to attend their local session to find out more about council and community services. Locations and times of these sessions can be found below.

OPAL

Older People Active Lives (OPAL) run activities and clubs for older people living in the rural areas of Cheshire West and Chester. Click here to visit their website to find out more.

Snow Angels

Snow Angels provide support for patients once they are discharged from hospital. Support is offered for up to 6 weeks post-discharge with the aim of helping to prevent readmission. Click here to visit their website to find out more.

Signposting & Referral

The Better Together Contact Line is available Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 12pm. This phone line provides signposting to local services and information & advice.

Let's Talk Sessions

Let's Talk sessions are held regularly across Cheshire West and Chester, everyone is welcome to come along to talk to representatives from the council and other local services. Our Community Navigators, Charlotte and Rachel, attend the majority of sessions and can advise on various services and carer support.
